I didn't get into real estate to sell houses. I got into it because I figured out that real estate is one of the most powerful ways regular people can actually build wealth, and I wanted to help people do that.

I've been working with sellers, buyers, and investors across the Kansas City metro for 22 years. Being a veteran of the Marines, I also love working with fellow veteran families who often face that same buy-and-sell challenge. And I work with first-time buyers who want to do this smart, not just get into a house, but start building something.

I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear. If the deal doesn't work, I'll say so. If it's not the right time to sell, I'll say that too. Being straight with people is the only thing that actually builds trust, and building a trusted community is the only thing I care about long-term.

Outside of client work, I coach and mentor real estate agents. Helping other people figure out the business, the mindset, the real-world stuff nobody teaches you, that's something I take seriously.

I'm also a dad. Three kids, ages 5, 6, and 8. That's not just small talk. It's the reason I understand what's actually at stake when someone sits across from me and says they need help with a big decision about their family's future.
